If you are a fan of Pilates you will love Reformer! This sophisticated machine created by Joseph Pilates gives you infinite possibilities to develop the strength, flexibility, stability and balance your body needs. Moreover, with the use of its straps, bar and springs, among others, this equipment offers you different references that will help you to develop your practice at another level, giving you also security and confidence in your movement. If you are a beginer, or if you have any specific physical or health condition we need to take care durng the class, this session might not suit you yet. So, I will be happy to see you in the 🌶 or 🌶🌶 chillies!
