In the frame of GochaWellness Anniversary, we invite you to join our "Publates" Pilates at the Pub on February 19th at the Jolly Sailor in West Looe.
We have planned a special class designed to have fun and a good move, and of course, accompanied by our preferred drink. Once, one of my dear students told me that he didn't understand why he was in my class instead of being at the pub with a pint in hand 🤣 so in his honour we will have the possibility to make that dream true 😜.
Be prepared for a chair class with a unique touch, with plenty move and laughter, and if you fancy having dinner with us the class will be followed by delicious Mexican food.
The Jolly Sailor will be our amazing host for this event, and they will be delighted to offer a great selection of drinks and food.…
